What are Syrups? 

Syrup is an additive commonly used in drinks like Juices, Lattes, Lemonade, Milkshakes, Popsicles, Smoothies, Snow Cones, and Popsicles. 

They can be used for Regular Tea, Milk Bubble Tea, and Iced Coffees too.

-Dark Brown Sugar Syrup - Has a stronger flavor than light brown sugar. Really good for making lattes and winter drinks. Can go with any drink type or dessert to add a taste of Brown Sugar.

-Shiso Plum Syrup - Adds Plum taste to drinks and desserts. Plums taste can range from sweet to sour; even bitter when over cooked. This syrup has a Sweet aftertaste. Shiso is a minty herb that reminds some of cilantro in taste. Can go with any drink type or dessert to add a sweet taste of plum.

-Red Guava Syrup - Has a Sweet taste that is more preferred on hot days. Great for Summer Drinks. Can go with any drink type or dessert to add a taste that is most compared to a mixture of strawberry and pears.

If it is not enough, just add more increments of syrup or sugar. If it's too much, take away some the next time you make it or add more coffee to dilute it.

Do flavored syrups go bad?

Yes. However, flavored syrups can last up to 3 years if not opened and as little as 1 year. If opened, they can last for 3 to 6 months in room temperature.

Does fruit syrup go bad?

If its natural fruit flavors, then you should be wary to keep them refridgerated. They can last up to a year, but just like most fruits, they can go bad quick if left out. Fruit syrups can last up to 1 year if kept refrigerated.

Is it OK to use expired syrup?

Not if it's molded. You should remove the mold or simply get another fresh container of syrup. Syrup lasts a long time, but if you see mold that's a bad thing. 
 
Mold means it's expired. The syrup itself isn't, but I'm pretty sure you don't want to eat mold.
